For this position, the Perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 1 years of professional experience;
• Understanding of ticketing tools like Service Now;
• Previous experience managing users and group memberships in Active Directory;
• Past experience with user account management in cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) (plus);
• Fluency in English (at least B2 Level);
•  Fluency in French (at least B2 Level) (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, in Porto.
