For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 10 years of strong technical experience, with a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex software projects
- Experience in UI development teams and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate effectively
- Proven leadership in people management and supporting career development
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in technical risk and issue management
- Knowledge of distributed, redundant, and transactional systems, as well as their quality assurance
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (B2)
- Proven experience in Incident Management and using defect-tracking systems
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Braga or Coimbra
