For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience with Kotlin, TypeScript, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in SQL and Azure.
- Experience with cloud and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of software design, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, automation, security, logging, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to mentor junior developers.
- A proactive, iterative approach to development with short feedback loops.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability for a hybrid work model (2x per week) in Lisbon or Porto.
