For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Java backend development
- Proven track record leading complex projects and collaborating on system design
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices
- Strong skills in Java (latest versions preferred), Spring Boot
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL Federation, Terraform
- Proficient with GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal
