For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of proven experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot
- Solid experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and API testing)
- Strong understanding of software design principles (Clean Code, SOLID, maintainable architectures)
- Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with a DevOps-oriented mindset
- Experience with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Solid experience designing and operating microservices architectures
- Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level)
- Fluency in French is a great plus
- Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon offices (requires availability to relocate to Portugal)
