For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Golang development, including experience building scalable and concurrent applications
- Strong understanding of Go core concepts (routines, channels, interfaces, memory management)
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with a DevOps-oriented mindset
- Experience with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools, with a focus on deploying and managing microservices architectures
- Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level)
- Fluency in French is a great plus
- Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon offices (requires availability to relocate to Portugal)
