For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- More than 5 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in similar ML-focused roles
- Background with cloud and Databricks
- Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, survival analysis, time series modeling, and statistical forecasting
- Proven experience developing predictive models such as churn prediction, user journey analysis, and sales forecasting using behavioral datasets
- Hands-on experience with leading machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Practical experience in model lifecycle management, including training, version control, deployment, and performance monitoring
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, SageMaker, MLflow, feature stores, and model observability solutions
- English level at least a B2 level
- Availability for remote work in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal).
